The way to cancel your service depends on the way you subscribed eComFax in the first place.
If you subscribed through a Marketplace such as AppDirect or similar, you cancel you subscription from your account page.
If you purchased eComFax directly you will need to inform your eComFax sales agent who will arrange this for you.
