Exporting recordings to external file systems

Updated 03/11/2023

Recordia® provides a high level of security by encrypting objects using HSM encryption methods with rotation policies that ensure privacy is the best in the industry. Objects are encrypted with AES256 algorithms, and connections are made using secure protocols such as IPSEC and HTTPS or VPN and SDN. In addition, it offers audit and logging capabilities for any access to the platform, since the regulations request the traceability of each document that is accessed on the platform.

At Recordia®, we understand that this is about Security. Recordia® has invested a wealth of human resources and the highest technology in security to keep data secure by the highest industry standards.

We strongly recommend our customers to keep the data within Recordia® so that they can have traceability of what has been accessed. For finance and the protection of sensitive data, this is crucial, as we need to assure the regulator that only people who are allowed access to information have access to it. In addition, if you are running speech analysis applications, such as transcription, translation, or word detection, we recommend that you keep this information in Recordia® instead of providing this information to third parties, as you will need to go to security procedures to ensure that this data does not fall into unauthorized hands.

However, some customers may want to have a copy of the data stored in Recordia® just to have their copy or because they want to leave the service at some point. For this reason, a functionality has been created to export interactions to an external file system.
